Jonathan is a strength and mobility coach with over 20 years of training experience โ€” including 11 years as a competitive gymnast and 14 years coaching athletes at every level.

His gymnastics background shaped how he coaches today: a focus on strength, control, and long-term durability rather than quick fixes.
